It's here! It's Wednesday! And it's Recipe Share Wednesday here at FitChick! Today, we're sharing my Mouthwatering Grilled Shrimp Tacos recipe, YUM!! These are so perfect for summertime barbecues and great to share anywhere with family and friends :)) DEE-LICIOUS!!  Read, Prepare and Share the Love. 
20 jumbo Mexican shrimp
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
Sea salt
2 chopped mangos
2 handfuls of cilantro
2 limes cut into wedges
1 cubed avocado
Green salsa (El Napolito in Encinitas is the best)
8 corn tortillas

Heat grill on high for 5-10 min.

Marinate shrimp in a ziplock bag with lemon or lime juice, olive oil, paprika and sea salt for 30 minutes.

Grill shrimp 2 minutes per side. Should be pink and firm.

Grill tortillas 1-2 minutes per side.

Chop shrimp into bite size pieces. Place remaining ingredients on a serving tray or cutting board along with shrimp.

Fill each tortilla with ingredients.
