Get ready for an in your mouth flavor explosion! This recipe is a must try, even for the finickiest eaters. Delicious!

1 cucumber peeled and cubed

1/2 small seedless watermelon cubed
1 large heirloom tomato cubed
4 basil leaves chopped
1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Sea salt

Combine all ingredients

If you’re coming to the Durham makert tomorrow, bring lots of money b/c you will be tempted by all the fabulous cheeses (Elodie Farms goat cheese and Chapel Hill Creamery’s farmers cheese). Plus, it’s a good place to pick-up meats. We got the best bacon on Wednesday and have a Fickle Creek chicken thawing for green enchiladas tomorrow. Plus, you don’t even have to make breakfast b/c Scratch will be there (and many other bakers) and usually the OnlyBurger truck is there with yummy breakfast sandwiches. The juice truck (forgetting the name) is a regular and coffee abounds.I also highly recommend Moondance Soaps. They’ll be the ones tossing samples at you.Get there early for the easiest shopping experience.-Abby
