Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

2 cups of loosely packed fresh basil

1/2 cup of olive oil

1/4 cup of red wine vinegar

1 shallot roughly chopped 

1/4 tsp himalayan sea salt

1 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions:

Throw everything in a blender on high for 1 minute.  

Voila!
