CHOCOLATE CHIA CUSTARD

chocolate custard pudding with fitchick granola

Ingredients:

4 tbsp chia seeds 

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup coconut yogurt

1/2 cup almond or coconut milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

a few sprinkles of sea salt

Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate overnight (minimum of 2 hours). 

Whip mixture in a high power blender for 1 minute. It will be thick and creamy! Top with raspberries, shaved chocolate, granola, nuts, whip cream or enjoy by itself. 

Enjoy after workout, breakfast or dessert!
