Easy Healthy Bomb Ass Shrimp

Ingredients:

20 large tiger shrimp - peeled and deveined

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 medium shallot - finely chopped

1 tsp of any old seasoning you want.  I am kind of into Gigi's Organic all purpose seasoning.  You could also use Old Bay or throw in crushed red pepper.

Instructions:

Throw all ingredients into a ziplock bag.  Shake well and refrigerate 30 min to 1 hour.  

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Throw all ingredients into a ceramic baking dish and cook for 12-15ish minutes. Shrimp will be pink and firm when done. 

Serve immediately.  I like it with polenta but you could throw it on top of a salad.
