Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 coconut yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds (I alway have chia already soaked in water. Your body digests these better when it’s been soaked for at least 10 minutes)
6oz water
1/2 cup FitChick Granola
instructions:
throw first 4 ingredients on a blender.
top with FitChick Granola
voila!
