Olive oil apple slaw

cabbage slaw green onions apples


1 head of cabbage - thinly sliced or use a mandolin (this will give the best texture)

2 red apples - I prefer pink ladies or honey crisp -  thinly sliced or use the mandolin

4 green onions thinly sliced

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

Combine everything in a large bowl.  Refrigerate and allow the flavors to marinate for at least an hour.
