PB&J SMOOTHIE PARFAIT

Smoothie parfait

Ingredients: 

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup soy milk

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp peanut butter

a few handfuls of FitChick Granola

Instructions:

Place all ingredients except granola into a high powered blender. Blend everything on high for 1 minute. Add some granola to the bottom of a tall glass, add smoothie, then another layer of granola.  I usually get 3 layers.  Eat with a spoon!
