Fruit and Greens Smoothie

Handful of frozen peaches

Handful of fresh spinach

1 scoop of Bob's red mil plant based protein with probiotic (it's my fav)

6 oz of almond milk 

1 tbsp chia seeds (steep in 3 tbsp of water first for easy digestion and absorption) 


Blend everything in a blender and voila!

You can sub peaches for any fruit.
