Veggies on the Grill

Ingredients:

1 cup Fresh green beans

2 cups baby belly mushrooms sliced

1/2 red onion chopped

1 yellow squash cut into 1/2 inch chunks

1 zucchini cut into 1/2 inch chunks

1 red pepper sliced

1/4 cup of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt

Instructions:

Preheat a gas or charcoal grill on high heat.

Combine all ingredients in a ziplock.  Shake well and spread out evenly onto a large section of doubled up aluminum foil. Curl the edges up so the veggies don't fall out. Grill with the top closed for approximately 15 minutes.

Serve immediately.
