Roasted cauliflower

Ingredietnt:

1 large head of cauliflower rinsed, patted dry and chopped into 3 inch pieces.

Generous pour of olive oil.

Sea salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.  Make sure oil coats every piece.

Spread mixture onto baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes turning over half way through.  Add more time for extra crispy.
